A customer starting a brand new product line with multiple products was concerned about meeting minimum order quantities, the cost of bringing in significant inventory and the floor space required to carry such quantities of so many SKU’s.

We were able to consolidate as many SKUS’s as was possible by designing perforations that could be cut off at the desired length so that one SKU could be cut along scores and perforations to accommodate and fit multiple items.

After the product line was launched and certain items took off we were able to create independent SKU’s to accommodate items where volumes warranted it based on cost and efficiency savings relative to the lower volume multi purpose SKU’s.
